Small World

My daughter, Sheila, lives in London, Ont. David Priest returned to London in the summer. Sheila attended a street festival in London recently where the David Priest Trio was performing. 'That can't be', Sheila thought. 'My dad plays with that group in Vancouver'. So, with a certain amount of confusion, she approached David on the break. Introducing herself, she asked what was going on. He explained that he had recently moved back to London and that Sheila should say hello for him next time she talked to me. 'Say hello yourself!' she said picking up her cell phone and calling me. We had a good chat and David seems very happy in his new (old) setting. We wish him well.
